At every step in the supply chain, a financial transaction occurs when a shipment moves from one provider to another. Daycos uses technology, expertise, and experience to ensure transactions along that financial supply chain are handled quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

We partner with our customers to help them improve their financial supply chain. Daycos customizes our services to match the needs of our customers. For some, we are a complete outsourcing provider for their financial back office. For others, we improve a piece of their internal process, such as providing technology tools that help them bill or pay invoices more efficiently or performing a post-audit to find money that was left behind.

Who We Are

Daycos started as a family business in the basement of the Day family home in 1978. To this day, we maintain that family business approach, from how we partner with customers, to how we value the people of Daycos.

We are proud to be located in the middle of everywhere, Norfolk, Nebraska. We love being located in a small, vibrant community of 25,000 people in Northeast Nebraska. We are fortunate to have lower costs of living, hard-working and well-educated employees, and a great overall quality of life. How We Do It

Daycos exists to do good and be good, in all aspects of our business. We strive to do good for our stakeholders: our customers, our employees, our community, and our company. We don’t view company profits as our reason for existing. They are a resource we can use to do more good by investing in our employees, giving back to our community, or improving services for our customers.
We strive to live by our core values. They are not just words on a wall (although we do have them on our wall), they are used to hire people, evaluate employee performance, and make everyday business decisions. The Daycos core values are:
