After a review of the 2021 400NG and IT tariffs, Daycos identified the following changes to highlight:
2021 400NG
- Pass Through Requirements
- SIT related charges are now deemed a pass through charge and are to be paid immediately upon TSP’s receipt of payment from DoD
- Reweigh, Weighting, and Weights (Item 4)
- 5. Automatic Reweighs (pre-approval not required)
- Change in E-9 with dependents auto reweigh threshold to 12,500#
- Note 2
- Duplicate reweigh to use the lesser of all reweighs will determine the reweigh fee is applicable (both origin and destination)

- The General Price Adjustment (GPA) has been listed to provide an increase under the 400NG. A discrepancy between the precise number used for calculations listed in various resources has now been corrected. An updated spreadsheet has been posted on the move.mil/sme site as of December 16, 2021.

- (503A) Wait time rate increase to $25.95 as well as 3hrs for direct delivery to 1 hr free wait time
- Reweighing (Item 505)

- NO change to E-9 for reweigh threshold with dependents (staying with 13,500#).
- Shipping Procedures for Florida Keys (Item 517)
- Clarification for Florida Key’s ZIP. All shipments using ZIP 3 of 330 are applicable with rate increase to $10.49 (Both sides of the customer base)
- Pickup or Delivery Transportation Rates to Apply on SIT Shipments (Item 520)
- Adding of schedules for 520/530
