Dani Anderson just celebrated seven years with Daycos! Working as a support specialist, Dani spends her day working on some of the more difficult customer invoices that are denied or rejected for payment.

She is active in the community, serving as the President of the Arc of Norfolk, and is also on the board for the Arc of Nebraska.

Being the parent of a child with special needs has drawn her to these organizations and given her purpose. Dani and her children are also active in DaycosKids4Good.

She has been married for ten years to her husband Alan and has three children, Hannah (20), Ethan (16) and Kaylin (14). She also has a bird named Kelly Clarkson, who terrifies the four family cats, Felix, Milo, Xena, and Sophia.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, diamond art, and sports. Saturdays are for the Huskers, and Sundays are for the Seahawks! She also has an affinity for all things seafood. If there’s fish, shrimp, lobster, or crab, you can count on her to be there! She is also addicted to baked white cheddar Cheetos!

With a lifelong fascination with Egyptian culture, Dani nearly pursued a degree in Archeology. Seeing the pyramids and Sphinx in person would be at the top of her bucket list.

Dani appreciates the relationship-building aspect of her role at Daycos, “My favorite thing so far is all the great relationships I have made with transportation providers and military personnel. Those relationships make or break my day-to-day work.”

Our Director of Operational Excellence, Lisa Jones, has been with the company for nearly 19 years!

In her role, she supports our operations teams in their day-to-day work to ensure that customer commitments are met and that we maintain stakeholder balance.  She also works on data analysis and product management when needed.

A lifelong Norfolk resident, Lisa is dedicated to the community. She serves on the board of directors for the Norfolk Public School Foundation and volunteers in several local elementary schools. One of her greatest achievements was being named one of Norfolk’s Top 20 Under 40 last year in recognition of her community involvement.

Lisa and her husband Brandon have been married for 19 years, and together, they have two sons, Kyson (13) and Korbyn (8). Their cat Rue adopted them a little over a year ago and is now the center of everyone’s attention.

She has a passion for travel and dreams of vacationing in the beautiful Maldives one day. When she’s not reading or planning her next trip, she enjoys cheering on Nebraska volleyball and football. Go Huskers! Cooking is also one of her hobbies, and she loves to experiment with recipes and make them her own.

Her favorite thing about working at Daycos is being able to collaborate with others and produce some really cool things.
